SareenLiving were engaged to redesign and renovate this old cottage in the heart of East Finchley village. The existing property was dated and the layout was not fit for purpose with restricted flow between rooms, and only one downstairs bathroom accessed via the kitchen. Through creative design and opening up the structure, the kitchen was incorporated in to the living space creating a much more appealing open plan area, a bathroom was added to the first floor landing, and access to the downstairs bathroom was re-routed to improve the flow. A full refurbishment completely transformed this old property.
