SareenLiving designed and achieved planning for a 5000 sq ft house in an upmarket area of Northwood. The site was large, however the house was small compared to the neighbouring properties. Through detailed architecture and creative design, the plans maximised the potential of this site and more than doubled the original footprint of the house. Planning was granted for 2 schemes: a new build; and an extension and reconfiguration, leaving the client with different budget options to consider for achieving the house of their dreams.
