Planning was achieved through appeal to add on a double storey front extension and loft space, more than doubling the original footprint. A sizeable extension, together with a complete overhaul and restructure of the internal space transformed this small 3 bedroom 1 bathroom property in to a well-balanced 5 double bedroom 5 bathroom luxury family residence.
